Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-31
These terms apply when you use auxon.dev, request early access to one of our products (Paragon, Trueform, NetMender), or engage us for consultancy work. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
What we offer
Auxon is an IT operations and AI enablement practice. We sell two things: senior operator engagements (scoped projects or ongoing retainers covering identity, devices, compliance, and AI enablement), and access to our early-access products. Each product page describes what that product does at the time of access; a specific scope of work is set out in writing before any engagement starts.
Access and accounts
The marketing site is open to everyone. The products are gated, and access is at our discretion during early access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe, for the activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you submit to us. If your access is shared with colleagues, the same terms apply to all of you.
Your data stays yours
Anything you connect to a product (Okta data, Meraki telemetry, repository metadata, written infrastructure descriptions, audit evidence) and anything you share during a consultancy engagement is yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your data to train any model, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors named in the Privacy Policy and any product-specific agreement.
AI-generated output
Trueform generates Terraform, Paragon drafts policies and remediation plans, NetMender proposes network fixes. These are starting points, not professional or legal advice and not a substitute for a qualified engineer, attorney, or auditor reviewing the output before it ships. You are responsible for reading the diff before you apply it, the policy before you publish it, and the fix before you approve it. We design the products around that assumption (the confidence gate, the human approval, the audit trail), and you are expected to use that review path.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or products to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, evade access controls, mass-scrape the site, attempt to extract training data or model weights, run penetration tests without our written permission, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend or remove access for any of these without notice if the conduct continues.
Fees
Consultancy engagements are priced and invoiced under a separate statement of work. Early-access product use is free unless we tell you otherwise in writing, and any future paid tier will be agreed in writing before billing starts.
Term and termination
You can stop using the site or a product at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continuing the relationship would expose us or other customers to risk. On termination of product access, you can export your data for thirty days, after which it is deleted from the active system.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and the early-access products are provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement), and our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County. If you have engaged us under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for thirty days; your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
