Privacy Policy

What we collect

From visitors, we collect what you give us through the request-access and contact forms (name, work email, company name, and the free-text description you write into the form), and aggregate analytics about pages requested, request headers (such as your browser and approximate location from IP), and timing. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not run any third-party analytics that profile you across other sites.

If you become a customer of one of our products (Paragon, Trueform, or NetMender) or engage us for consultancy work, the data you connect to the product or share during the engagement is processed under a separate agreement. The high-level description of that handling lives on the security page; product-specific terms are agreed at the time you connect a system.

Why we collect it

We use what you submit through the forms to reply to you, to add you to the relevant early-access program when you have asked for one, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages and guides are worth investing more in, and to detect abuse or attack patterns against the site.

Our legal basis under EU and UK GDPR is your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating a public marketing site (the analytics). Under CCPA we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of sub-processors to run the marketing site and respond to you:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics (page paths, aggregate visit data).
• Cloudflare provides DNS for auxon.dev and routes inbound mail (hello@auxon.dev forwards to our team inbox).
• Resend sends the notification email when you submit a form, and the outbound mail we send when we reply.

Each of these processes data only on our instructions and only for the purpose of providing the service we have contracted with them. Product use brings additional sub-processors (such as Anthropic for the AI model behind Paragon and Trueform); those are listed on the security page and named in the product agreement.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as the early-access conversation is active and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off. Aggregate analytics are kept by Vercel under their retention defaults. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact below.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with comparable data rights, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies and tracking

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors across sessions. The site does not embed advertising trackers or social-media pixels.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for thirty days.
